1. General provisions

These Purchase and Sale Rules (Agreement) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the e-shop.

2. The moment of concluding the purchase and sale agreement

The contract is considered concluded from the moment when the buyer pays for the goods in part (advance payment) or the full price after forming the shopping cart in the e-shop.

3. Buyer Data Protection

Information that is related to personal data and that is recorded on the website is collected for the purpose of:

•  to process orders for the buyer’s goods or services.
•  to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods.
•  fulfil other contractual obligations.
•  after receiving the customer’s consent to inform by e-mail or phone about store news.

4. Buyer’s rights

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Rules and the Store.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller thereof no later than within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of delivery of the item.

The Buyer may exercise the right to return the goods only if the goods have not been damaged or changed in appearance, nor have they been used, and the original packaging of the goods has not been damaged.

The buyer, in order to return a quality product, bears all transportation costs.

When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

Returned goods must be securely packed.

When returning the product, a request must be submitted with detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date. The application must include a refund account.

When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival at the warehouse.

5. Obligations of the Buyer 

The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules.

The buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the login data and not to disclose them to third parties. The Buyer is responsible for any actions of third parties if they were performed using the Buyer’s login details.

When ordering the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and other data necessary for the delivery of the goods.

6. Seller’s Rights

If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop.

The Seller reserves the right to terminate the provision of services, change the store or its individual parts, all and any of its contents at any time without notifying the Buyer.

The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance if the Buyer does not do so within 3 (three) working days after receiving the invoice for payment.

In case of any doubts regarding the information provided in the order, the Seller shall contact the Buyer by the phone number specified in the order no later than the next business day from the day of placing the order.

In this case, the term of delivery of the goods shall start to run from the date of contact with the Buyer.

The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 2 (two) business days.

The Seller has the right to extend the delivery time of the goods if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (eg the manufacturer does not have the goods in stock, the transport company is late in delivering the goods, etc.). Report this immediately by phone or email. the Buyer is informed by e-mail.

The seller does not undertake to compensate the buyer for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the late delivery of the goods.

If an error in the system results in an incorrect price for the product in the online store, the seller has the full right to cancel the buyer’s order after informing him.

7. The seller undertakes

The Seller undertakes to make available to the Buyer the services provided by the Store under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the Store.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days, if the payment has already been made.

8. Other conditions

The law of your country shall apply to these rules. 

All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of your country.

9. Waste electrical and electronic equipment management.

The user can return the waste electrical and electronic equipment at the delivery points in your country.
