Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery of goods

After paying for the goods, you can pick them up in a convenient way for you – in our showrooms or we will deliver them to you by post.

If the goods are not in stock, they will be delivered within the time agreed with you individually. Orders from European manufacturers are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks.

We will deliver the lamps purchased in our online store  free of charge

During the delivery of the consignment, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must check the condition of the packaging of the consignment, the quantity and quality of the goods together with the representative of the transport company.

If the packaging of the consignment is damaged, the quantity (quality) of the goods does not correspond to the assortment (s), the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must not accept the consignment. In this case, the representative of the transport company, together with the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative, shall fill in a special inspection report of the consignments, in which he/she shall indicate the violations found.

Upon receipt of the consignment by the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative and signing the data storage or paper delivery confirmation provided by the transport company’s representative without comments, the goods are considered to be delivered intact, the quantity, quality and range of goods comply with on paper proof of delivery, duly completed unless proven otherwise.

Returning the goods

When you receive the parcel, inspect it carefully. If you notice that your product is damaged after delivery and you want to return it, please contact us by e-mail. mail immediately and provide the following information: the purchased item and its order number, as well as the reason for the return (damaged, wrong item, etc.).

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller thereof no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the item.

The Buyer may exercise the right to return the goods only if the goods have not been damaged or changed in appearance, nor have they been used, and the original packaging of the goods has not been damaged.

The buyer, in order to return a quality product, bears all transportation costs. 

When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

Returned goods must be securely packed.

When returning the product, a request must be submitted with detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date. The application must include a refund account.

When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival at the MUN luminaire office.

These return rules apply to online purchases.
